The Statement series by the Dutch interior label WOOOD is characterised by its elegant, rounded design and very high seating comfort. The name says it all: making a statement is exactly what this seating collection does. The Statement-series has endless combination possibilities, is tough, pure and timeless!

Material

Statement is made up of a combination of solid wood, chipboard, plywood, normal foam and synthetic wadding with a density of 250 g/m3 and a zigzag spring. The seat has a Bonell spring core, normal foam and synthetic wadding with a density of 250 g/m3. The back consists of a mix of polyurethane foam with a density of 23 kg/m3.

This Statement is covered with a flat ribbed fabric. Our Brama rib fabric gives a subtle shine to our collections. This flat rib fabric feels soft and has a luxurious colour nuance. The unique jacquard weave gives the fabric a full structure and a velvety look. Because of the chenille yarns, the fabric has an extremely soft feel but there is a risk of a slight seat slip on the favourite seats. The flat rib fabric is woven with 53% polyester and 47% polyacrylic yarns. With a Martindale of 25,000, the fabric will not easily tear or loop.

Maintenance

In case of stains, put a moist towel on the stain, this way the towel will absorb the stain. When the towel is saturated, repeat the process until the stain no longer bleeds. Leave the last towel on the stain until the towel has dried. Note: friction causes the stain to be absorbed into the sofa. Rubbing is therefore strongly discouraged. Brush the fabric weekly with a velvet brush, following the nap for a shiny result. We generally do not recommend impregnating our upholstered furniture. However, should you wish to do so, please test the impregnation agent on an invisible area of the fabric beforehand.

Delivery

This article is delivered in two packages with clear assembly instructions. The elements are easily connected with brackets. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the legs.
