The Statement series by the Dutch interior label WOOOD is characterised by its elegant, rounded design and very high seating comfort. The name says it all: making a statement is exactly what this seating collection does. The Statement series has endless combination possibilities, is tough, pure and timeless!

Material

Statement is made up of a combination of solid wood, chipboard, plywood, normal foam and synthetic wadding with a density of 250 g/m3 and a zigzag spring. The seat has a Bonell spring core, normal foam and synthetic wadding. The back consists of a mix of polyurethane foam with a density of 23 kg/m3.

This Statement is covered with a leather look made of 65% polyester and 35% recycled leather remnants (Martindale 23,000). Our Kovis leather look has a unique appearance and is a sustainable choice due to the use of leather remnants! The material is made up of two parts: the bottom layer consists of recycled real leather, which provides the natural look. The upper layer is a polyester covering that protects the leather and prevents unevenness. The microfibre is knitted from very small synthetic fibres, providing sturdiness and a soft feel. The fabric is colourfast, but during use, its natural characteristics will become more apparent, maintaining durability and quality.

Maintenance

Clean the fabric with a damp cloth. For stains, use a neutral soap solution and dab briefly with a damp cloth. Do not rub, as this can cause light spots. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent discolouration. We do not recommend impregnating; if desired, test on an invisible area first. Do not treat with leather grease.

Delivery

This article is delivered in two packages with clear assembly instructions. The elements are easily connected with brackets. To protect hard floors, place felt glides on the underside of the legs.
